These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text messaging program (“Program”) offered by Purple Bōl, LLC (“Purple Bōl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Purple Bōl’s Program sends recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages — such as your “Spin & Win” prize, coupons, offers, and store updates — to the mobile number you provide.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you give your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Purple Bōl at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies (for example, you may receive your prize message plus occasional promotional messages).
Message and data rates may apply. Purple Bōl does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply. Check your plan for details.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we will send a one-time confirmation; you will then no longer receive messages. To rejoin, sign up again.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information and opt-in consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
